Just a little reminder regarding my cancellation policy! Due to some recent cancellations and no-shows, I do need to be a little more strict with my policy moving forward.

As many of you know, I travel about 40 minutes to and from work, and with the cost of gas and everything else that comes with running a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows can have a pretty big impact on me. When an appointment is cancelled last minute, I’m often unable to fill that spot, which means I’m losing that income and time.

I completely understand that life happens and things come up but at the same time, I have to make sure I’m taking care of myself and my business too.

I appreciate your understanding, patience, and respect for my time. Your appointments and continued support mean so much to me, and I’m so grateful to have such amazing clients!
