Goodbye to another market season—Sunday Grand Markets Edmonton was my last one. I’ll miss meeting all the dogs the most! Now that markets are over I guess I’ll have to start taking photos of products again.

Last Grand Night Market of the season.

My last Thursday with Grand Markets Edmonton last night! Already looking forward to next year and meeting new dogs, eating too many treats and being silly.

Last night market tonight at Happy B**r Street, and then my last Sunday, so catch me while you can!

At Grand Markets Edmonton tonight and went to pet a customer’s puppy (Lucy) and she insisted on jumping into my arms 🤯

I’ve taken up photography this year and quickly got a bunch of cool lenses, but the sunset is doing most of the work here.

I accidentally built an international business around an ice cream scoop.

I’ve made thousands of shave soaps with this thing.

When I started making soap, I needed something that could get it into a jar. An ice cream scoop worked. So I kept using it. And kept using it. And... kept using it.

So I gave it a name.

The Ice Cream Scoop of Prosperity 🫡

Years later, those soaps have been shipped all over the world and I’m still standing there using the same scoop, marvelling at the absurdity of it all.

But I think it’s time for an upgrade.

Oil Country Beard Oil.

Long winters, oil, and hockey. Can’t get around it. Oil Country is our nod to the Oilers and Edmonton.
