LIFE IS GOOD.

It’s the simple things…

The beat drop.
The call out.
Your favourite bike.
A GOOD sweat.
The whole room moving as one.
That post-ride feeling.

Yeah. Life is good here.

JUST A FEW THINGS WE’RE EXCITED ABOUT… 👀

SOCIAL is getting out of the studio and into some pretty incredible local spaces over the next few weeks… and we want you there!

TONIGHT WE’RE TAKING STRONG TO THE WHARF.

Golden hour. Waterfront. Movement. Community. And one pretty incredible reason to come together.

Join us at Renforth Wharf tonight for Golden Hour Strong - an outdoor Social Strong class as the sun starts to set. This one is about more than movement. We’re showing up together and supporting the future of recreation, accessibility and connection right here in our community. Rothesay

And because a SOCIAL event deserves a little treat… Leafy Gains will be on site! 🍪

Bring the whole family: bouncy castles for the kids from Jump For Fun - Bouncy Castle Rentals, face painting by Squiggle & Dot - Face Painting. Thats not all… Henna by Munira Mustafa will be on site as well as permanent jewelry by Le Fil Rouge | Permanent Jewelry + plenty of time to grab a cider, hang out and enjoy the view! Can you think of a better way to spend a Sunday?!
