A term that I say often during training sessions with new sharpeners.
I have joked many times about making it into stickers or shirts and here we are!
A bit of a double meaning because not only are we chasing the burr on the blade as we sharpen, it also happens to be pretty cold here.
Big thanks to Smashly Apparel for bringing the idea to life in design, and clothing. An absolute pleasure to work with!

Congratulations to Sharp Medic on completing his professional sharpening training certification. He came equipped with plenty of sharpening knowledge which allowed us to dive deeper into a more advanced training approach.

Extra long aluminum haircutting combs in silver and gold.
The durability on these is top notch, and everyone loves a lil extra length, along with the thick parting tooth for ultra clean sectioning; work smarter, not harder.

Downtown YQR
After well over 10,000 shears sharpened, I guess that makes us pro's.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the transparency within our business.
We have been certified with a shear company before and found it to be more of a customer service hassle than anything - besides we will throw down our edge against a factory edge any day.
We know ball.
Learning that a new company has been deceiving our customer base about their credentials and expertise really grinds our gears.
We are certified. By our own gold standards, and thousands of satisfied repeat customers.

PART 2
Next came Vanna White, the little beauty queen. She was small but mighty.
Shortly after the addition of the second van, we sold the school bus and upgraded to the new gray van you are all familiar with.
Once Kelsie decided to go back to school we said good-bye to Vanna (2023).
Which leaves us with our main squeeze, the big gray van. The main space we craft sharpaf tools in.
And that's a wrap on the mobile vehicle journey.
Props to Brian for his meticulous and creative builds throughout, he designed and outfitted every vehicle himself, even equipped with solar power! (Brilliant!)
