Fascia, Fascia, Fascia….everything about Fascia!

What happens to stuck fascia while you keep telling yourself you'll book soon?

Absolutely nothing. It just sits there, tight and patient, waiting for you to stop talking yourself out of it.

Ever wondered what those smooth, flat tools in my treatment room are? 👀

They're myofascial blades. I use them to glide along the fascia, the web of connective tissue that wraps around every muscle in your body. When fascia gets tight or "stuck" from stress, posture, old injuries or long days at a desk, the blades help me find those spots and gently work them loose.

Why I love them:

✨ They let me feel texture changes in the tissue I might miss with my hands alone

✨ They cover broad areas smoothly and evenly

✨ They help restore glide and movement where things feel restricted

It's not about pressure or pain. It's about listening to your body and helping it let go. 🌿

Curious how it feels? The booking link is in my bio.

Fuzzy socks are not optional this time of year.

In Chinese medicine, keeping warm, especially around your lower abdomen, is one of the simplest things you can do for your fertility and hormonal health. Cold that gets trapped in the body can show up as painful periods or irregular flow.

Acupuncture helps by increasing circulation to the uterus and ovaries, and we often add heat with a TDP lamp to support that warmth from the outside in.

Cover up, stay cozy, your future self will thank you.

The reality is a lot calmer.

Acupuncture has been practiced for thousands of years, and today it's often used alongside regular medical care for pain, stress, headaches, digestion, hormone balance, and more.

Not every doctor sees it the same way, and that's okay. What matters is how you feel after your treatment.

No drama here, just tiny needles and the occasional nap.

If your body has been feeling stuck, restricted, or just off lately, that's usually fascia asking for some attention.

Lucky for you, I woke up today.

Come see me before it gets loud about it.

Things that hurt more than acupuncture: not booking an acupuncture appointment for the week. 🙂‍↕️

The struggle is real. One minute you're melting into the table, the next you're being asked to sit up like a functioning human being. We don't make the rules, your nervous system does. See you on the table soon.

Have you ever wondered if acupuncture hurts?

Most people say it feels like a gentle tap, a soft, warm buzz, and total calm.
