The Menopause Clinic
The Menopause Clinic offers expert care in perimenopause, menopause, contraception, medical aesthetics, and integrative wellness.
We empower women of all ages with personalized, science-based care in hormone health, beauty, and lifelong vitality.
Not every lip treatment has to mean filler. đ¤
As we age, changes donât happen only in the lips.
The skin around the mouth changes too. Collagen and elasticity decline, fine lines become more noticeable, and the lips themselves can gradually lose some of their natural definition and hydration.
For women who arenât looking to add significant volume or change the shape of their lips, there are other options.
EXION uses radiofrequency and targeted ultrasound energy to stimulate regenerative processes within the skin, supporting collagen, elastin and naturally occurring hyaluronic acid.
The goal isnât a different set of lips.
Itâs healthier-looking skin, improved texture and hydration, and a subtle refreshed appearance around the mouth, while still looking like you.
No need to chase someone elseâs lips.
Sometimes we simply want to support the ones we already have. đ¤
Curious about options for your lips or the skin around your mouth? Send us âLIPSâ in a private message to arrange a complimentary consultation.
Individual results vary. Treatment suitability is determined following consultation.
Welcome to The Menopause Clinic đ¤
More than menopause care.
We created a space where women can come for the concerns that so often get minimized, separated into different appointments, or simply not talked about enough.
From perimenopause and menopause to low libido, sexual health, pelvic pain, bladder concerns and other womenâs health needs.
We also provide in-clinic procedures including IUD insertions and endometrial biopsies, with pain-management options including nitrous oxide for appropriate patients.
And care here extends beyond the consultation room.
Youâll find:
⢠Pelvic health and restorative treatments, including EMSELLA for urinary incontinence
⢠EMSCULPT NEO programs supporting muscle strength and function
⢠Medical aesthetics focused on aging well, not changing who you are
⢠A carefully curated collection of medical-grade skincare, suncare, sexual wellness and pelvic health products
⢠Allied health and supportive services designed around women in midlife
Some services are medically insured, while others are private or elective, but they all live within one clinic and one philosophy:
Listen to women. Take their concerns seriously. Give them evidence-informed options. And help them feel well in their bodies through every stage of midlife.
Welcome to The Menopause Clinic.
Come inside. đ¤

âI donât feel like I look like myself anymore.â
Itâs something I hear surprisingly often from women in their 40s, 50s and beyond.
The changes usually happen gradually.
Your skin feels a little thinner.
It becomes drier.
Fine lines seem more noticeable.
Your jawline isnât quite as defined.
Your makeup doesnât sit the same way it used to.
These changes arenât simply cosmetic, they reflect normal biological changes that occur as collagen, elastin and hydration decline during the menopause transition.
That doesnât mean every woman needs treatment.
But it does mean women deserve to understand why these changes happen and what evidence-based options are available if they choose to explore them.
One of the technologies weâve chosen for our clinic is EXION Face, which uses radiofrequency and targeted ultrasound to stimulate collagen and elastin production in the deeper layers of the skin.
For the right patient, the goal isnât to change your face.
Itâs to support healthier skin, improve skin quality and help you feel more like yourself.
Because medical aesthetics should never be about chasing perfection.
It should be about supporting women in aging confidently, naturally and on their own terms. đ¤

Your skin changes, too. đ¤
When we think about menopause, we often think about hot flashes, sleep disruption or changes in mood.
But one of the first things many women tell me is something much more personal.
"I just don't look like myself anymore."
The menopause transition affects far more than our hormones.
As estrogen declines, we naturally lose collagen, our skin becomes thinner, drier and less elastic, and changes in texture, pigmentation and facial contours become more noticeable. These are normal biological changes, but that doesn't mean they're easy to accept.
That's why I chose to include Medical Aesthetics as part of The Menopause Clinic.
Not because every woman needs aesthetic treatment.
And certainly not because aging is something that needs to be "fixed."
But because for many women, looking in the mirror and feeling like themselves again is an important part of their overall wellbeing.
Our approach will always be physician-led, evidence-informed and individualized.
Sometimes that means medical-grade skincare.
Sometimes it means collagen-stimulating treatments.
Sometimes it means injectables.
And sometimes it means doing nothing at all.
The right treatment is the one that aligns with your goals, your comfort level and your stage of life.
Over the coming weeks, we'll introduce you to our incredible aesthetics team, the technology we've carefully selected, and the science behind the treatments we offer.
Because caring for women in midlife means caring for the whole person.

The people behind The Menopause Clinic. đ¤
When I first started imagining this clinic, I spent a lot of time thinking about the space, the care we would provide, and everything I wanted it to become.
But none of that vision means very much without the right people inside it.
This is part of the team I have been incredibly fortunate to build around me.
The women in this photo are the people you will see here every day, welcoming you at the front desk, answering your calls, caring for you as nurses, providing treatments, supporting our medical aesthetics program, and doing so much of the work behind the scenes that keeps this clinic moving.
And I am incredibly proud of them.
They have stepped into something that is still very new. They have learned new systems, taken on new roles, navigated the inevitable growing pains of opening a clinic, and somehow continued to show up with enthusiasm, kindness and a genuine desire to make this place everything I hoped it could be.
Not everyone who makes up The Menopause Clinic is in this photograph.
Our physicians and our wonderful allied health professionals are an equally important part of what we are building. They may not be in the clinic every day, but each brings expertise that allows us to care for women in a much more comprehensive way.
This was never meant to be a clinic built around one person.
My role may have been to dream it, build it and bring the vision together, but it is this team that will help shape what The Menopause Clinic becomes from here.
And I genuinely believe we are building something very special.
Over the next few weeks, Iâm going to introduce you to them one by one, including our physicians and allied health team, so you can get to know the people behind the names, the roles and the care you receive here.
For today, I simply wanted you to meet some of the women standing beside me as we begin this next chapter.
This is our team. And weâre just getting started. đ¤

Pelvic Power: Strength Meets Comfort đ¤
Think of it this way:
EMSELLA works on the muscles.
EMFEMME 360 works on the tissues.
Together, they allow us to address two different parts of pelvic and intimate wellness.
EMSELLA = the pelvic floor workout.
You sit in the chair, fully clothed, while electromagnetic energy causes your pelvic floor muscles to contract repeatedly, essentially giving muscles that may have become weaker a very intensive workout.
The goal? A stronger pelvic floor and better bladder control, particularly for concerns like leaking with coughing, sneezing, exercising or jumping.
EMFEMME 360 = the tissue treatment.
A small treatment applicator delivers controlled radiofrequency heat to the vaginal and/or external tissues.
The goal? To support tissue remodeling and improve concerns such as laxity and intimate discomfort in appropriately selected patients.
Why put the two together?
Because sometimes the issue isnât just the muscle, and it isnât just the tissue.
Our Pelvic Power program takes a more comprehensive approach to both.
The ideal outcome weâre working toward?
⨠Less leaking
⨠Better pelvic floor strength and control
⨠Greater comfort
⨠More confidence in your body and intimate wellness
And for September/October only , Pelvic Power package includes 4 complimentary Emsella maintenance sessions â a $1,200 value.
Curious, but not sure whether this is right for you?
Send us a private message with âPELVIC POWERâ to book a complimentary consultation. Weâll talk about what youâre experiencing and help determine whether these treatments are appropriate for you.
No awkward conversation. No need to know which treatment you need before you come in. đ¤
Individual results vary. Treatment suitability is determined following consultation.

Why am I awake again at 3 a.m.? đ´
Sleep disruption is one of the most common concerns I hear from women in midlife.
You may fall asleep without difficulty⌠only to find yourself wide awake a few hours later. Sometimes there are obvious night sweats or hot flashes. Sometimes there arenât.
Hormonal changes during the menopause transition can affect sleep, but not every sleep problem in midlife is caused by menopause.
Sleep apnea, restless legs, mood changes, pain, medications, alcohol and other health conditions can also contribute.
Thatâs why the question shouldnât simply be, âHow do we make you sleep?â
It should be:
âWhy arenât you sleeping?â
When vasomotor symptoms are driving repeated awakenings, treating those symptoms may improve sleep. But persistent or significant sleep disturbance deserves a proper assessment rather than being dismissed as âjust menopause.â
Good menopause care means looking at the whole picture. đ¤
Save this one for the next time you find yourself staring at the clock at 3 a.m.

A place to pause. đ¤
This little corner of the clinic was important to me from the very beginning.
I didnât want every part of your experience here to feel like a medical appointment.
So we created the Menopause Lounge, a private space for our members and patients receiving private treatments and programs.
Come a little early. Stay for a while after your treatment. Make yourself a coffee or wellness drink. Browse our growing library. Read. Work. Or simply sit somewhere quiet for a few minutes.
There is no agenda here.
Because sometimes taking care of yourself also means having somewhere youâre allowed to simply pause.
Welcome to the Menopause Lounge.
A little sanctuary inside The Menopause Clinic.

âIs this perimenopause?â is one of the most common questions women ask me.
And sometimes, the answer is very likely yes.
Perimenopause can affect much more than your menstrual cycle. Changes in sleep, mood, cognition, headaches, joint symptoms, sexual health, temperature regulation and bleeding patterns can all occur during the menopause transition.
But there is an important second part to this conversation:
Not every new symptom in midlife should automatically be blamed on hormones.
Fatigue may warrant assessment for iron deficiency, anemia, thyroid disease or sleep problems.
Heavy or abnormal bleeding needs appropriate assessment rather than simply being labelled âperimenopause.â
New palpitations, significant mood changes or other new symptoms need to be considered in the context of your overall health.
And ordering increasingly large hormone panels isnât necessarily the answer either. Hormone levels can fluctuate considerably during perimenopause, and for most otherwise healthy women over 45 with typical symptoms, the diagnosis is primarily clinical.
Good menopause care isnât simply asking:
âAre your hormones normal?â
Itâs asking:
What has changed? What else could be contributing? Is anything concerning? And what matters most to you?
Because you are more than a hormone level.
Menopause care should be individualized, evidence-based and considered in the context of your whole health.
