Two customers came in requesting complex AI-inspired nail designs on all their fingers. Before we began, they were informed that these designs were inspired by AI-generated images, would be time-consuming, would cost more due to their complexity, and could not be recreated 100% exactly in real life.

A normal service takes an hour and with those designs their services took 2 hours each. We charged them accordingly. The customers paid and left.

A few hours later, we received a phone call saying they believed they had been overcharged. We had a civil conversation and we offered to refund most of the additional charge for the designs. Later they came in and picked up their money. We thought the issue was solved and we did our best.

Two weeks later, one of the customers created a post on WTF uncensored Prince George. Saying we threw money at her. I tried to ignore the post because the problem was solved.

The next day we received a call from them and they mocked and called my staff names. My staff was shaken afterwards.

The day after that we had her family member reply to one of our Facebook posts saying that we were using abusive, disrespectful language, and refused a refund.

I’m confused, when does this end? We had a civil conversation and refunded them money. Now two weeks later we are getting harassed? Here’s a video of us throwing money at the costumer and being abusive.

It was never our intention to address this matter publicly, but the ongoing harassment has begun to affect the mental well-being of both our staff and myself.
We sincerely hope this matter can now come to an end so that everyone can move forward respectfully.
