Wild Edge Equine Therapy

WET WEATHER + BODYWORK = A LITTLE EXTRA PREP WORK.

With the wet season here, one of the best things you can do to help your horse get the most out of their bodywork appointment is keep them dry and warm beforehand.

If there’s rain in the forecast, blanket them before their appointment. Cold, damp muscles are harder to work with. Warm, relaxed muscles allow me to get deeper into the tissue, release restrictions more effectively, and make the whole experience more comfortable for your horse.

And the care doesn’t stop when the session does.

Blanketing afterward can help keep those muscles warm while the body adjusts to the changes made during the treatment. Their nervous system, fascia and muscles continue to respond long after I leave.

Think of bodywork as more than just a massage. We’re asking the body to let go, rebalance and move differently — and giving it the right environment afterward helps support that process.

So when the forecast says rain:
Keep them dry. Keep them warm. Get more out of their bodywork.

🐴 WILSON FEEDS ARE STOCKED UP! 🐴

Whether you’re looking for a quality everyday feed or fuel for a hard-working athlete, we’ve got Wilson ready to go!

COOL FORMULA
A great everyday feed for horses that need quality nutrition without all the unnecessary extras. Cool Formula is soy-free, grain-free and made with locally sourced ingredients. It provides balanced vitamins and minerals with calories from quality ingredients — without molasses and fillers. A great choice for maintenance horses, easy keepers, and horses that need a cooler, steady source of energy.

PERFORMANCE FORMULA
Built for horses that are working harder and need more fuel. Performance Formula provides the additional calories and nutrition needed to support horses in regular training, competition and higher workloads while helping maintain condition, muscle and performance.

Whether you have an easy keeper standing in the pasture or a competitive athlete running barrels, there’s a Wilson Feed option to fit the job.

I feed Wilson myself and am proud to have it available right here in Prince George.

📩 Message me to order or stock up — smaller quantities available and preorders welcome!

Even the little horses deserve a little love and attention!

The legendary Moonie got to enjoy the nicest massage, and then stayed close by to provide some moral support for his new buddy, Winston.

Winston quickly figured out what being pampered is all about — and I think he’s officially a fan!

Big, small, young or old, every horse deserves to feel good in their body. Sometimes the little ones just need a little extra love too.

Thanks for the call Susie! 💛
