🛜 Login to reschedule your appointment when experiencing symptoms of cold or flu. Our therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment where the risks of exposure outweigh the benefit of care. Be sure to make adjustments the moment you feel unwell to allow ample time to fill the appointment and avoid loss.

☎️ If symptoms arise WITHIN 48hrs from your scheduled time, a phone call can avoid the attendance policy fee where considerations are made within our reasonable policy terms.

😷 If directly exposed to immediate family members who are symptomatic, please consider masking during your visit to minimize the risk of transfer.

⏳Once the schedule fills up and time rolls forward, staff will begin to add more time where possible and needed most. This will be available solely through the cancellation waitlist.

🤖 The list is now fully automated so be sure to add multiple treatment options to open up more opportunities to book. Find the link on the scheduler or within your patient account.

🌙 Late day & Saturdays have always been in high demand. Going on 20years in practice, our devoted patients have gotten into the proactive habit of prebooking their time in advance. We offer a variety of AM/PM openings, Mondays through to most Saturdays. We hope this variety can accommodate as many schedules as possible.
