Unfortunately, CC Hair Studio experienced an act of vandalism overnight, resulting in significant damage to our front windows and some cleanup inside the salon.

Thankfully, we are okay, and we are currently working hard to clean everything up and make the salon safe and ready for you. ❤️

Yesterday, CC Hair Studio was unfortunately the victim of a scam involving our Square account and booking system.

We acted quickly and believe everything is now secure and under control. However, during the incident, some of our Square booking settings were changed, which resulted in some of our stylists unexpectedly showing availability for appointments when they were not actually available.

We are worked through the schedule and correcting anything that may have been affected. We kindly ask for your patience over the next few days while we make sure all appointments, schedules and online booking availability are accurate.

If you booked an appointment yesterday or notice anything unusual with an upcoming appointment, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly so we can confirm everything for you.

✂️ APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY ✂️

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change! We kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Effective immediately:

Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments/no-shows without notice, will require a prepaid, non-refundable deposit in order to book your next appointment.

The deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave appointment times that are often difficult to fill. This policy helps protect our stylists’ time while allowing us to continue providing the best possible service to our clients.
