IV + IM Services Update 🌿

Our IV + IM services are currently on pause as we work behind the scenes to restructure and collaborate with an incredible Naturopathic Doctor, with the goal of bringing even more personalized, integrative care closer to home.

Good things take time, and we’re taking ours to ensure everything is thoughtfully built with safety, quality of care, and your comfort at the forefront.

Maybe the point isn’t for everything to be easy.

Maybe it’s trusting your intuition, growing through the hard parts, and creating something that feels meaningful.

Owning a business was one of the best choices I made, and getting to support clients as they make time for themselves, find their own balance, and feel more confident makes the hard parts worth it.

We’re all learning, changing, and finding our way as we go.

Apparently we’re supposed to not like getting older…

I’m starting to think that might be a bit of a scam. 😂

The more I think about it, the more I realize how many things have genuinely gotten better with age.

- Better boundaries.
- Better peace.
- Better skincare. 😉
- More confidence.
- Knowing yourself a little better.
- Less caring about things that really don’t matter.
- And finally admitting that staying home IS the fun plan. 😂

And maybe there’s something to be said for spending a little less time trying to fight getting older, and a little more time appreciating what comes with it. 🤍

Bodies change.

Skin changes.

We change.

That doesn’t mean we stop looking after ourselves…if anything, we get better at it. Maybe we just learn to do it from a place of caring for ourselves rather than trying to “fix” ourselves
