I am fully booked for Jan.

Wishing all my clients a Merry Christmas and Happy new year. Thank you for your continued support over the years. I will be posting my January dates this weekend.

So I have decided that from now until further notice I will not be accepting new clients. I am booking up very quickly and so at the point I will not be taking anyone new.

I am fully booked for December, thank you everyone.

I know I am a little late in posting but it's been a crazy few weeks. Book quick as I only have limited dates and time open with it being the holiday season.

“Why am I told to drink water after every massage?”

Your therapist will probably tell you to drink lots of water after your treatment. There are a few reasons for this!

Massage increases the circulation of both the blood and the lymphatic system. Working out the tension in the muscles releases metabolic waste. That increased circulation and the muscle kneading promotes the pumping of fluid out of the soft tissue into the circulatory system, where it heads to the kidneys to be flushed from the body.

Drinking water supports the elimination of waste from the body, aids in healthy circulation, and helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to the muscles and organs.

Well, now you know! Listen to your practitioner and drink water. 💧

I am fully booked for November.

To all my wonderful clients there are some changes coming in the new year. So just keep watching

I will posting November dates this weekend, so keep an eye for those as they book fast.
