Every young person deserves a safe place to grow, build confidence, and discover their strength.

This is why Eastside Boxing and Wellness, in partnership with YWCA Peterborough Haliburton, created Fight for the Future Fund--a community-driven initiative that aims to provide youth who have experienced, or who are experiencing the effects of domestic violence, with access to structured boxing and wellness programming.

We've said it before, but we'll say it again, through boxing, young people gain so much more than just physical skills. They develop confidence, discipline, resilience, self-respect, healthy coping strategies, and a sense of belonging that can positively impact every area of their lives. ⭐

The fund specifically supports youth ages 12 to 16 who face financial barriers to participation.

Additionally, the fund includes:
--A 12-week boxing program
--Professional coaching and mentorship
--Starter equipment (gloves and wraps)
--Required registration and licensing
--A supportive environment focused on growth, wellness, and empowerment
