Today, we’re remembering a very special member of the Valley Hair Artistry family, Marjorie Raddatz. 🤍

For 14 years, Marjorie sat in Pam’s chair, and over those years, their appointments became so much more than just hair. They were filled with conversations, laughter, stories, and a friendship that we will always cherish.

At Valley Hair Artistry, we truly believe our clients are so much more than just clients. You become a part of our family, and the relationships we build with you are some of the most meaningful parts of what we do.

Losing a client who has been part of our salon family for so many years is incredibly heartbreaking. We are so grateful for the memories, the trust, and the beautiful connection Marjorie shared with Pam and with our salon.

Our deepest condolences go out to her family and loved ones during this difficult time. She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. 🤍

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments can prevent another client from filling the time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

* Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
* Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

No-Shows

* If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted the salon, a 100% no-show fee of the scheduled service will apply.
* Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit or prepayment.

Late Arrivals

* Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled, depending on the service booked. A cancellation fee may apply.

Emergencies
I understand that unexpected situations happen. Genuine emergencies will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.
