Experienced Barber Wanted

Location: 2401 Bank Street, Cleancut Barbershop.

Objective: Looking for one experienced barber to join my team. We have been in business for over 20 years and are a highly reputable shop located in the south end of Ottawa. Our environment is clean and luxurious.

I am open to either chair rental or a commission-based arrangement. Terms will be discussed and planned after you contact me.

About Myself: I have been in the industry for over 20 years and have worked at many different barbershops. I understand the upsides and downsides of working with other barbershop owners. I want to make it clear that I am not here to make a killing or take advantage of any hardworking individual. My goal is to help elevate you and support your success. I am not a greedy individual; the chair rental price or commission-based rental will remain stable, unlike what you might find at other barbershops. We will work with you from the ground up to build your clientele and ensure your success.

There are two ways I like to onboard new employees:
1. If you have your own clientele and want to start renting a chair immediately to grow your business with me, that’s great.
2. If you are new and don’t have enough clientele yet, we can arrange a commission-based setup (the specifics to be determined) until you build enough clientele to switch to rental. You will work on commission until you feel comfortable transitioning to rental. If things aren’t going well and you want to return to commission at any time, you can.

As previously stated, I will help make you successful. Don’t view this opportunity as just working for someone; think of it as running your own business with our support. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

My Request and Requirements:
You must have a professional attitude, and your clientele must also exhibit good behavior. Clients hanging out for no reason or being disrespectful to the environment or others will not be tolerated. We have a good reputation, and we would like to keep it that way.
