Long hours at a desk, driving, or looking down at your phone? These stretches are for you. The upper trapezius works hard every day to support your neck and shoulders. When it becomes tight, it can contribute to headaches, neck stiffness, and shoulder discomfort. Try these gentle stretches to improve mobility and reduce tension. Save this post for later and share it with someone who carries their stress in their shoulders.

Could your upper trapezius be causing your headaches?

This muscle sits across the top of your shoulders and neck. When it becomes tight or overworked, it can contribute to neck pain, headaches, and shoulder tension.

Massage therapy along with daily stretches can help reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and support more comfortable movement.
