A refill is normally performed within 2–3 weeks, while the structure and apex of the enhancement are still properly positioned.
After 21 days, the nail has grown and the apex—the area that gives the nail strength and balance—has moved forward. At this point, simply filling the growth would leave the nail unbalanced and more vulnerable to lifting or breaking.
A rebalance requires more time and precision because I must:
• Remove excess and lifted product
• Correct the structure and reposition the apex
• Restore the proper thickness and balance
• Reshape the nails before applying new colour or nail art
That is why a rebalance costs more. It isn’t just filling the grown-out area—it’s rebuilding the structure so your nails remain strong, safe and beautiful. 💜
