Artistry has always been a part of who I am.

As a little girl, I could spend hours playing with my Barbies and Bratz, completely fascinated by their outfits, beauty and all the little details that made them, them. (until I cut their hair😬)

I’ve always loved creating too. Drawing, painting, sculpting, you name it. Ive always been a “hands on” girl that needed the ideas in my head brought to life.

And then there was makeup. I was stealing my mom’s eyeliner by 12 😂 that Marcelle’s black kohl eyeliner steered me in the right direction!

In my early 20s, I became a makeup artist, never really knowing where that passion would eventually take me. Then came nursing, and with it, the opportunity to combine my love for artistry with science, medicine and caring for people.

Now, aesthetic medicine feels like the place where all those pieces of me finally meet.

Sometimes I think about that little girl playing with her Barbies and experimenting with makeup, and I know she’d be pretty proud of where we ended up.

Just a reminder to never give up on your dreams.
