This lovely past patient of Dr. MacArthur’s came for a consultation for eyelid surgery. Overall her goals were to look less tired and to have a refresh. After consultation she decided to undergo upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery. Her results are taken 3 months apart.
Looking closely at the photos, you may notice that there are no scars on her lower eyelids! This is because she underwent a scarless transconjunctival blepharoplasty procedure. In this technique, excess periorbital fat is removed though incisions made on the inside of the lower eyelids. She then underwent fat grafting to her tear troughs and cheeks, and finally a CO2 laser was used to tighten the skin.
