Dear patients and community,

After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our Virtual Walk-In Clinic, effective August 1, 2025.

Providing convenient, accessible care to our community has been an incredible journey, and we are so grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us. Changes in healthcare delivery and the evolving needs of our clinic have led us to this decision.

We want to thank each and every one of you for allowing us to be part of your healthcare over the past year.

We will continue to follow up on any outstanding imaging and lab work.

For ongoing care, we encourage you to:
• Book with your family physician or nurse practitioner if you have one.
• Access local urgent care or emergency services for urgent needs.

While our virtual walk-in clinic is closing, we are continuing to offer Botox and filler services in 100 Mile House. These services will resume September 1, 2025 at our new location.

Book Online at Glow Medical Aesthetics Our aesthetics team is moving! Starting September 1st, we’ll be at a new location in 100 Mile House. We’re taking the month of August off to prepare and get everything ready to welcome you back in our new space.

We will be closed for the month of August, as we will be preparing to move into our new space!

Emily and Leah will have extended hours until August 1, 2025, so book now while space is still available!
