I’m blushing. 💕 I am humbled by the people I get to spend my days with. Thank you.

If we truly want to heal trauma—whether physical or emotional—held in the body, there are three key components to address:

Structural Release: Applying gentle, sustained pressure to help release restrictions in the body.

Unwinding: The body often wants to return to the position it was in when the trauma occurred, to release the stored energy. Can we support this natural process?

Rebounding: Using the body’s internal fluids as a therapeutic force to create a wave of resonant energy for healing.

With gratitude 🌵 Having the opportunity to spend time with some the most talented therapists. To be immersed with like-minded individuals whose main goal to is elevate the people around them. 💚

Inspired by both the landscape and the incredible learning seminars, I can’t wait to get back the Clinic to share it all with you!

Big Announcement. 📢 Starting March 1st, I will be working exclusively in Onanole. Schedule is now open, offering five full days of appointment opportunities each week. Booking link in bio. Happily accepting new clients. #.

Everyone’s favourite hold. There is no denying that it melts stress away! If you’re looking for a gentle, full-body approach to tackle health challenges, integrating CranioSacral Therapy into an Osteopathic appointment can be profound. So, what is it? It’s a light-touch therapy that helps your body do what it does best—heal itself. By focusing on the craniosacral system (think your head, spine, and everything in between), it helps improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and balances the body. What can it help with? Here’s a quick list: • Chronic pain • Stress and tension • Migraines and headaches • Postural issues • Fatigue And that’s just the beginning. How does it work? Using gentle touch, a therapist pinpoints areas of tension and helps release them. This not only relaxes your body but also gives your central nervous system the boost it needs to work better. Ready to give it a try? 1. Book an Osteopathic appointment. 2. Come as you are: Wear comfy clothes. 3. Stick with it: While you might feel better after just one session, regular visits can help you see lasting benefits. Osteopathic Therapy and CranioSacral Therapy is a natural, hands-on way to feel better and take care of your health. Why not see what it can do for you?

CLINT EASTWOOD said it BEST. Yes, sometimes we are dealing with some serious health considerations when we are together. But I like to remember that laughter and humility can go a long way towards healing. Always accepting new clients. Booking link in bio.
