Take Flight Osteopathic Wellness
Assisting people find long lasting relief via tapping into the health found within! Christal has been a certified Athletic Therapist for 20 years.
Our collaborative health care team's Goal is to help you, your performance and Life Take Flight! Through experience she realized many people have pain that cannot be explained. As such, Christal turned to Osteopathy to find answers. Christal completed her studies in Osteopathy upon successful defending of her thesis on Post Concussion Syndrome. Osteopathy is a manual therapy relying on palpation skills to find and address the issues within the body that prevents health from expressing itself. It utilizes various modalities such as myofascial release, visceral manipulation, muscle energy, osteo-articular mobilizations etc. in order to achieve optimum health. It is a gentle, drug free alternative method of treatment.

We’re often taught to look outside ourselves for the answers, to trust everyone else’s expertise before trusting our own knowing. But your body is constantly communicating through sensation, discomfort, symptoms, intuition and those quiet signals that tell you when something isn’t right.
Tapping Into the Inner Physician is about learning to listen again. To move from self-doubt to self-trust. It’s not about doing it all on your own, it’s about recognizing that you are an active part of your own healing journey.
This is a 6-module transformational course for women ready to reconnect with their inner wisdom, strengthen discernment, and build a more trusting relationship with their body. Lead by Christal online every Monday and Thursday evening from October 5-22nd.
Learn more about the course on our website or reach out directly! 💜

Christal recently attended Living Brave Live, a women’s empowerment and business conference hosted by Shoshanna Raven. She had a wonderful, eye-opening experience surrounded by women who are showing up boldly and doing things in their own unique ways. Here are a few of her takeaways:
✨ “Slaying Your Shame” hit me hard: We spent time looking at the stories and beliefs we hold as truth that may actually be holding us back from fully being ourselves and shining our light. Some of the stories I uncovered surprised me because I didn’t even realize they were quietly running in the background.
✨ “I’m not good enough” is a story many of us know: Not smart enough, witty enough, funny enough, pretty enough, experienced enough… you get the gist. Or maybe it’s simply, “Who am I to be doing this?” What struck me was realizing I wasn’t the only one with these fears and doubts. The difference was, these women found a way to do it anyway.
✨ Sometimes we need the world to be our mirror: The people around us can see our patterns and blind spots so much more clearly than we can see them ourselves. Sometimes becoming aware of those patterns is the first step toward changing them.
You are enough. You have the strength within you to be exactly who you dream of being 💜 You cannot let lies convince yourself that you can’t do it.
Whatever it is you dream of achieving, you can do it. And the strength to do so is already within you. You just need to block out the noise of the world. Tell your doubts to hit the road, and put yourself in the drivers seat for once 💪
