Healing Salt Cave® located in Niagara Falls, Ontario is a Halotherapy Wellness Centre and Holistic Spa offering various types of salt therapies and holistic treatments. On the market since 2011, our facility is one of a kind. We provide a variety of treatments that incorporate Halotherapy; an alternative medicine that makes use of Pink Salt. Pink Salt offers relief from diverse skin, body, and respiratory disorders and diseases.
Halotherapy is the therapeutic usage of salt through inhaling micro-sized salt particles. Discovered in Poland in 1843 in the Wieliczka Salt Mine, it has been successfully used for over 175 years. Miners noticed that while those working in the coal mines were getting sick, the salt miners had an opposite experience, they noticed they were breathing better, and their skin was healthier. Our signature treatment is our Salt Cave, a recreation of the conditions of the precious microclimate of an underground Salt Mine in Poland for your benefit.
