Our next adventure is about to begin, and we are happy to say that a new family will be moving in, and they have indicated they want to continue the lavender farm in Blewett.

We plan to keep our bath and body business going with a micro lavender garden, however our website will be shut down for a bit while we move and settle into our new home. It’s been super dry and smoky here in the Kootenays the last while. At least the lavender loves the heat and the bumblebees love the lavender 🐝💜.

It ended up raining last night for several hours!

A long deserved rain that we needed here in the Kootenays. The lavender field and garden seems super happy 🥰, and so am I. No watering needed for a few days now.
Our Pyrenees is definitely enjoying the cooler morning as well.

It was a very smoky day on the farm today!

We can usually see several mountains in the distance, and unfortunately we can barely see any of them. Let’s hope we get some rain tonight that will help with the fires and clear up the air quality.

We had an amazing 2026 lavender harvest on our farm here in beautiful Nelson BC!

We had lots of supervision with the pups monitoring our harvest, making sure we were doing everything right and of course just being part of the harvest. So much fresh air they slept good at night. 😂

The bundles are currently drying and will be ready in about 2 weeks. We will keep some as dried bundles and the rest will be debudded and used in our culinary products, as well as our bath and body products!!! We also have some great plans for the left over stems, keep following to find out what we have planned for them.

Its raining!!!

We haven’t had rain in over a month and everything was getting really dry. Finally some well deserved rain. So far 2 hours of a nice steady rain that’s perfect for the plants and ground to soak up. Keep raining Mother Nature💜. Also, a perfect day to make some more lavender wands with our French lavender!
