Kaitlyn Benn, RMT

Kaitlyn was born and raised in the Napanee area and started her career at Napanee Family First Chiropractic after graduating, with honours, from her program in June 2010. Over the past five years, she has had experience with therapeutic massage, prenatal massage, intra-oral massage, myofascial release, thermal palms™, soft tissue release, as well as other soft tissue injuries and chronic muscle tension. Kaitlyn has completed courses in Thermal Palms™, soft tissue release as well as Assessment courses for Ankle and Foot Dysfunctions, Knee Dysfunctions, Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunctions, Upper Cervical Mobilizations , Clinical Decision Making and Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome. Occasionally, Kaitlyn supervises events through Trillium College’s Massage Therapy program. Kaitlyn has an acute sense of palpation and intuition that helps her assess and provide her clients with the most safe and effective treatment plan. Kaitlyn offers morning, afternoon and evening appointments to suit all of her clients scheduling needs.
