My beautiful friend brightened up her look with a halo pattern partial head of foils. After lightening the top section of the head we used @shades_eq to tone her to a warm golden blonde. This is an awesome and cost effective way to change your look and brighten your hair! . . . #nanaimostylist #hairbymaddie #vancouverisland #shadeseq 06/21/2023

Freshened up this lovely gals hair today! Cut off some damaged ends and gave her some longer layers! . . . #hairbymaddie #nanaimostylist #vancouverisland #oribeobsessed 06/21/2023

My first foils! Thank goodness @kiana.jepson trusts me with her gorgeous locks! Im new and slow so this look took about 4.5 hours - totally worth it and it was in great company. To tone we used @shades_eq 9NB and 9GI with a root tap blend of 7M and 6N. So happy with the results! . . . #nanaimohair #nanaimostylist #hairbymaddie #blonde #foilyage 06/21/2023

My Go-To Product! Oribe’s Invisible Defence is a lightweight moisturizing mist that has up to 450 degree heat protection. This product protects against dryness and color fading caused by UV rays, helps prevent frizz and protects hair from damage while using styling products! . . . @oribe @tyler.greentree.oribe #oribeobsessed #hairbymaddie #nanaimostylist #vancouverisland 06/21/2023

Colour theory day at @kg_hair_salon Learned to lift and tone! Of course there was a few mistakes but hey… isn’t that the best way to learn? . . . #nanaimostylist #hairbymaddie #vancouverisland 06/21/2023

Cheers to new beginnings. Big thank you to @kg_hair_salon and Kathy Grant for taking me on as an apprentice. After years in the corporate world I decided to quit my job and make a career change to something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. Over the next year I’ll be training under Kathy to learn the art and science of hair before challenging the red seal exam. For now I need lots of practice - if you are interested in a free Oribe blow out, DM me to get yourself booked! . . . @tyler.greentree.oribe @kghairbykathy @oribe #nanaimostylist #hairbymaddie #nanaimohair #kghairsalon #vancoverisland 06/21/2023
