Happy National Daughters Day to these two lovely gals that I am lucky to have in my life! I love you both to the Moon and Saturn!!

We had an awesome first projector style movie showing at the studio last week, for Practical Magic 1, with popcorn and treats as we gathered around the Zen Den, despite some sound interference, it went off with out a hitch once that was sorted! Keep an eye out for more showings in the future!

And you know what is also approaching?? That’s right, it’s the Psychic Fair, our 8th bi-annual I might add! It’s going to be so much fun, so be sure to come check it out!!!

We also have some new clothing at the Oh My Soul and Journey Soulful Boutique, so when you pop in for your treatment, take a peak at the new and used clothing racks and see what’s new in store!!

I have a few spaces available if you’re interested in any of these for the coming week! Reach out by text, call or DM to book yours today!! .

I hope you’re having a great Friday evening so far! We’re having such a beautiful week!

I’m writing this from the car in my driveway and I’m just looking around at the trees in my yard and they are already taking on quite the shift in colours and the fall palette is not disappointing! But I can’t help but feel like it’s a little early? I probably say that every year!?

Come see the colours for yourself and drop in for the last appointment I have available next week, or reach out and see what is available for the following week!

Have a super weekend, whatever you all get up to, and don’t forget to step outside and inhale the earthy smell of our beautiful autumn!

Autumn Equinox reminds us of our place alongside nature’s rhythms, honoring the transition from hard work and play to harvest and reflection!

Honouring the harvest, inviting gratitude , and releasing what isn’t meant for us anymore as we move into the darker portion of the year and remembering to find joy in the darkness!

So grab your favourite warm beverage, take a stroll, read a book, take time to notice all the colours around us, (which is one thing I try and remind myself of, is that not everyone in the world gets to experience the beauty of all the shifting colours) smell the fall air and remember you are the only one responsible for bringing more wonder into your world! So go find the magic in the mundane!

We have some fun events coming up at the studio in the coming weeks aside from our 8th bi-annual Psychic Fair! Follow along on the Oh My Soul and Journey socials to find out what we have in store!

Here is some upcoming availability I have at the studio, so it these suit your needs, reach out by text, call or DM to book yours!!

I can’t believe this past week has been a month already since we lost Rufus. It’s wild how time flies by. I miss him so much and still look for him in all his usual places, not sure when that will stop happening. Thank you for sharing your tears for him with me, he would have licked them off. 💜

My home is quiet and I wont greet you with a shoe in my mouth, or take your coffee cups from the side doors of your car, but I do still have some availability for massage in the coming weeks, so if these appointments suit your schedule please reach by text, call or DM to book! Have a great weekend everyone.

What have you been cultivating?!
