Pacific Energy Fireplace Products was founded in 1978 on the West Coast of Canada. Known for durability and premium finish options such as porcelain enamel, color selection, cast iron and nickel. Carefully designed for reliability and efficiency.

From traditional wood stoves like the Vista, Super & Summit series, to the Cast Iron Alderlea series, to the Contemporary Neo stoves, Pacific Energy has both style and the ability to customize with multiple options.

Cool evenings warming by the fire! Here is your reminder to thoroughly inspect your wood burning appliance and venting for things like:
- Obstructions, soot, and creosote (More than 1/8"=Time to Clean!)
- Cracks, damage, warping, deterioration- requires repairs!
- Gaskets- do they seal effectively?
- Check your Smoke & Carbon Monoxide alarms, and add, maintain or replace if necessary (A Carbon Monoxide alarm is required in the same room as your appliance)
- Ensure all combustible material & furniture is far enough away
- Ensure your wood is well seasoned and dry- wood moisture content should be around 15%, over 20% needs more dry time!

Unsure if you are ready? Backwoods Ten One Seven Inc. is here to help you heat with confidence and peace of mind!

Pellet Stoves: Pleasant or Pestiferous?

Pro Tips:
*Follow your Pellet Stove Owners Manual Maintenance Schedule to optimize performance & efficiency and extend stove & component life.
*Use dry, room temperature quality pellet fuel with minimal small pieces or sawdust in it.
