Guys... this IS INSANE!!! In September, I started this journey at 197.5 lbs. I would be embarrassed to admit that if I were anywhere NEAR THAT number!!! But today on December 20th 2016 I AM OFFICIALLY 176.5!!!!!! Do you know how many TIMES I have wanted the scale to budge JUST EVEN A LB permanently????
