As we’re heading into the summer season, I completely understand that plans come up and schedules can change when the weather gets nicer 🤍

However, please understand that as beauty professionals, most of us are self-employed. Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals directly affect our personal income and availability.

To respect my time and other clients:
• A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your appointment (deducted from your total)
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your reservation fee
• Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will result in automatic cancellation and will be considered a no-show

I’ve always tried to be as flexible as possible, but this policy is necessary moving forward.
