With bruised ribs I am seeing a Chiropractor??

TRUST
A recent injury brought me to my chiropractor. My ribs are bruised and I’m in pain. As Dr.Michelle worked with me, it occurred to me that I trusted her completely. Why? Because I had already developed a relationship with her. I knew her skills and her compassion in providing exceptional care. Thankfully…I am healing well in no small part to the care from Dr. Michelle Carruthers.
My message is this: Build relationships with naturopaths, osteopaths, Craniosacral therapist and massage therapist like myself. In case you are ever in a health crisis you can rest on the trusting relationship you’ve created.

Essential Connections Circle ⭕️ is a drop in group focused on attending to the body’s messages. Led by Joy Seunarine, BodyMind Coach, we explore the signals we receive from our bodies. Through meditation, exercises, poetry, writing and discussion you will leave feeling more relaxed and more at peace. For when we listen, our bodies don’t need to scream.
