What's keeping you small?

This is a question I ask myself often.

However I know Im growing and healing because I refuse to shrink to fit in, to be liked, to be recognized, and to do what doesnt feel authentic to me, and in turn Im rewriting my story.

My journey is exactly that, Mine!

Im not here to compare.

You do you, and Ill be here doing what I feel is me.

It's in the quiet moments when you stop the outside noise enough to really think.

Think about what matters.

Think about what you want.

Think about why you do what you do.

And the one thing that keeps coming up for me, and keeps me going, is to SERVE.

From the time I was a little girl Ive wanted to help people, in anyway I can.

Now that Ive become a Reiki Master and a Mindset Coach that desire is even stronger.

Add in my love for a cleaner, healthier home and you have the foundation of me and my brand.

Im not saying that Reiki, Coaching, and Low-Tox Living is for everyone.

But I would hope that for those that are seeking Healing, Mindset Work, and Cleaner Ingredients would think of me while on their journey for better.
