Small group Nervous System Regulation practice sessions Monday, August 10th and Thursday, August 13th 6pm-7:30.

Join me in guided gentle movements, light breathwork and closing meditations oriented around noticing your body's subtle messaging, enhancing mind-body awareness and exploring pre-existing capacity for regulation.

The focus this week: as the practice of regulation provides episodes of activation (rising energy presenting as symptoms) is there capacity to have an alternative experience besides the status quo? For example: as I am experiencing tightness in my throat, tension in my jaw accompanied with a short breath, can I also notice a region in my body showing greater ease, spaciousness, softness? If so, can I stay with it, allowing it to expand?

Joseph Larry and Ryan Kingston sat down today and hammered out some key administrative tasks.
