Next week I will be away on vacation beginning September 2-6. I will be back in the Spa Tuesday September 8th

To my Telus Health clients;

I am, once again, having issues with Telus Health, which has resulted with me having to re-register my account. I have already sent the application in, but I was told it could take up to 3 weeks before it is processed.
At this time, this will mean that I am unable to process any Telus Health eclaims. I truly apologize for the inconvenience and will post ASAP when the issue is resolved

**UPDATE **

My account with Telus has been reactivated, however they're advising me to wait until tomorrow to start submitting claims. So if there's anyone who was a submission for Telus, I will make sure to process them first thing tomorrow morning.

Attention to my clients whose insurance is under Telus Health,

I am currently experiencing difficulties with my account so Im unable to direct bill any insurance claims that fall under Telus Health (ie Manulife, Peoples Corp. Etc)
I am working to fix this issue and hope to be able to offer direct billing again very soon.
For now, I will have to suggest that you will have to pay for your services, and then I can issue you an invoice so that you can submit the claims at home. If there's still an issue, please contact me and we will try to resolve the problem.
I do hope to resolve the situation withing the next couple days and will post when I am able to direct bill again.
I truly apologize for the inconvenience.
