London’s air quality has taken a hit this week, and if you’re feeling it (scratchy throat, heavy chest, just plain tired from the haze) our Halo Salt Lounge is here.
Halo therapy uses a machine called a halogenerator to grind pharmaceutical grade salt into a fine, dry mist that fills the room. Sit back for 45 minutes and breathe it in. Dry salt therapy has been used for generations to support easier breathing, calm irritated airways, and help clear mucus, the same reason people used to visit salt caves and mines. It’s also known to help with skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
It won’t undo a week of smoke exposure, so keep following local air quality guidance: stay indoors when possible, run a HEPA filter if you have one, and check in with a doctor if symptoms feel serious.
