Behind the launches, the markets, the photos and the finished products are a lot of small decisions. Late nights. Early mornings. Emails. Formulas. Packaging. Learning. Starting over. And showing up again the next day.

And I keep coming back to the same thing:

365 Days of Better Hair Habits | Day 49

Just the ends. One of the simplest habits I keep coming back to.

I originally formulated Nourish & Grow Hair Oil not only to care for the scalp, but to help nourish and protect the hair you already have as it grows out.

Because growing longer-looking hair isn’t only about what happens at the scalp. Your lengths and ends are the oldest parts of your hair; they’ve been through months (or years!) of washing, brushing, styling, weather and everyday friction.

Keeping them moisturized and conditioned can help reduce dryness and breakage while adding softness and healthy-looking shine.

My Just the Ends treatment is simple:

3 drops.
Rub them between your palms.
Gently work the oil through your mid-lengths and ends, concentrating on the driest areas.

That’s it. No rinsing required.

And don’t be afraid of the word oil. You don’t need to saturate your hair! Just three drops really is enough to start. You can always adjust slightly depending on your hair’s length, thickness and texture.

Healthy-looking hair isn’t just about encouraging growth. It’s also about taking care of the length you’ve already grown.
