Hi everyone—quick update to my booking policy. There has been an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, and I need to protect my time and keep appointments running on schedule.

✨ Effective now: All new lash set appointments require a 40% non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment.

* This deposit holds your time
* If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance
* No-shows and cancellations within a 24 hour period will forfeit the deposit and will require a new deposit to book again
* Late arrivals: may result in shortened service or rescheduling
