Nat is a Red Seal Journeyman with 17 years experience and she specializes in hair color. She also loves cutting hair and is certified in facial waxing. Unfortunately, she no longer provides extensions, perming services or updo styles for weddings/grads. This micro-salon is located on the west side of Lethbridge in a quiet residential neighborhood with tons of parking. You will be greeted by Nat at the door upon arriving. The Vibe: Salon Spate offers a laid-back, safe place to chill while your hair receives some professional attention. The time is all your own so you will never have to share the space with other guests. The environment is clean, fully-equipped, modern, spacious and cozy. There are many indoor plants, a major benefit for your mental health. The large windows make it nice and bright, with a calming view of a park across the street. A soft, friendly cat might jump up to purr in your lap. You are welcome to bring your laptop, a book, watch the TV, listen to music or chat.
* Silent appointments are available for the sensory-overloaded by request. Pajamas or comfy clothes are always encouraged. All products used and sold are vegan and cruelty free. There is a small retail shelf with hair products for purchase at your convenience and there is never any sales pressure. If there is something you need or want, just ask and Nat will try to order it in. SALON POLICIES FOR YOUR INFORMATION:

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION POLICY:
It is expected to give 24 hours notice to cancel any scheduled appointment. If you fail to give 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment, a fee will be charged and must be paid before rescheduling. It is understood that emergencies arise and it is up to Nat's discretion to determine what classifies as an emergency. NO SHOW POLICY
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, 50% of the service booked will be charged as a fee prior to a new appointment being booked for you. You may also be required to put a deposit down on any future appointments. If you don't reach out within 48 hours of the missed appointment, all pre-booked appointments will be cancelled. LATE POLICY
If you are late for your appointment (without a heads up), you will charged a fee of $50 and may need to be rescheduled. Anymore than 15 minutes is unacceptable. NO CHILDREN POLICY
A hair salon is not an appropriate place to bring small children. Salon Spate is equipped with chemicals, expensive equipment and objects that are not safe for little humans to be around. Young minds are easily distracted and it is not relaxing for you to be accommodating or attending to your child. Please make alternate arrangements for your child and please try not to bring them to your scheduled appointment. OTHER
Please do not show up to your appointment with ANY symptoms of illness or you will be sent home immediately. Spreading germs is gross! If you need to reschedule due to illness, please don't hesitate.

** Because this is technically a home salon/business, it is required to follow strict regulations with the city of Lethbridge bylaws regarding the granted daily number of patrons and the time in between appointments.
