Cancellation policy:
Appointments are a specially reserved time just for you! As a courtesy to our salon, our staff and wait-list clients, we respectfully request 24 hour cancellation notice for any booked service appointments. When we aren't given enough notice, it is often impossible to fill your spot, which means your service provider loses the opportunity to earn income, and wait-listers miss out on appointment opportunities. We understand that sometimes life happens, and things come up unexpectedly, or you suddenly don't feel well. We will be happy to negotiate waiving the cancellation fee in these situations. Please note our policies as follows:
Less than 24 hours notice to cancel:
First time: You will be charged 50% of the service for which you were booked. Second Time: You will be charged 75% of the service for which you were booked. No-Show Appointment 1st Time:
You will be charged 50% of the service for which you were booked. No-Show Appointment 2nd Time:
You will be charged 75% of the service for which you were booked. All cancellation & no-show fees are due upon rescheduling of your appointment and can be paid in person or by credit card via phone-in.
