Listen to my clients and do my best to understand what they actually want. This is probably the hardest part of my job. Sometimes what they say, the picture they show, and what they expect are three different things. Even when I can't fully understand or read their mind, I believe those moments are the best opportunities to learn from the experience and become a better makeup artist than I was yesterday.
