The amount of the fee will be equal to HALF of the reserved services.

-If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, i may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. Please communicate if you cannot make it on time so I can determine if I can still accommodate you.

-I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. Your appointments and well-being are very important to me! I reserve this time especially for you and I take pride in the service I can provide you. I understand emergencies happen and other unavoidable circumstances making schedule adjustments. In order to protect my business I respectfully request 24 hours notice for changes needing to be made.
