Happy Canada Day!!! 🇨🇦 I have been working hard with schedules to find gaps, SOOOOO…. as a celebration for the holiday, I will be opening up some available blocks. It’s first come, first book. Go to the website and pick the slot that works best for you.

For a better and easier customer experience, I will be changing the software I’m using. This may affect booking for a few days. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

This new software will make booking just as easy as before, but it allows for you to track your booked appts easier, take a picture of your insurance information for easier billing if you would like (you don’t need to worry about forgetting your card or wrestling with insurance apps) to help me direct bill for you. Intake forms will be sent to you prior to an initial appt which means your time is used fully for treatments, but also, this will allow me to learn about your needs before an appt. Early information will allow me to think of necessary assessments needed and treatment ideas.

There may be bumps and bruises changing software, but ultimately, this is about making things better for everyone. Thank you for your patience!

ANNOUNCEMENT: Vacation changes happening!!

I will be moving my August vacation later by one week, so I’m currently in the process of rebooking all people affected. No cancellations, just rebooking.

AND…..because of this schedule change there will be 2 weeks opening in the beginning of Sept. For those who missed booking in Sept, you’re in luck 😊😊 Message if you want to be added to the Sept 1-10 list!

No power, but most things will run as normal. Wifi is gone and cell reception is not great, so may not be able to direct bill today. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Happy End Of May Big Land!!!! With the schedule being what it is, I’m so proud and happy for all of those who have gone ahead and booked into next year. This is a HUGE pro! However, it only becomes a problem when schedules change, vacations change, sickness, family emergency, etc. This is all a part of life. All totally understandable! If and when such things happen, the majority of the time I get a quick message regarding things and I make the necessary adjustments. Zero problems with this. However, moving forward, the repeat clients who leave an appointment spot empty without any communication will be charged 50% of their appointment fee. I have a waitlist, as does everyone here in town, so making sure we stay in good communication helps everyone. Thank you all for understanding! I appreciate you!
