If we haven’t met yet — hi, I’m Aly! I’m a Registered Nurse and the founder of Enhance by Nurse Aly. You may know me best for Russian Lips, but my work also includes Facial Balancing, neuromodulators, skin boosters, fat dissolving, and other aesthetic treatments.
My approach always stays the same: not to change you, but to enhance what already makes you, you. To create a more balanced, refreshed, and harmonious result while preserving your individual features 🫶🏻

And what excites me even more is that this new location opens up even more opportunities for growth. Royal Medical Spa has InMode, so over time I’ll be able to expand my treatment menu and offer you even more options for the face and skin.

Lips + Chin 💓
Before the procedure, the chin had a more rounded shape and appeared slightly shifted to one side. We used 1 mL of filler to add projection, create a more defined chin apex, and visually correct the asymmetry.

We also performed a 0.5 mL maintenance touch-up on the lips to refresh the result we had already built over time 💋

What I especially love about this case is how treating the chin and lips together made the lower third of the face look more balanced, without requiring major changes!

We built these lips gradually over several sessions, without trying to achieve everything in just one appointment 💋

In the video, you can see the result before another 0.5 mL maintenance touch-up. This is exactly what our work looks like once everything is fully healed and some time has passed.

For me, this is one of the most important aspects of aesthetic medicine: the result should look beautiful not only on the day of the treatment for a photo, but also continue to look beautiful between your appointments.
From here, all we need to do is gently maintain what we’ve already created 🤭
