1. Go to the link below 👇
https://crmta.ca/make-massage-therapy-tax-free/
Fill in your postal code, name, and email address and a letter advocating for removal of HST/GST will be sent to your local MP as well as the Minister of Finance.
2. Go "like" the CMTA page to stay informed and share campaign posts as they go live.
3. Share the above link with friends, colleagues, family, clients, and clinic newsletters (and any RMT groups you happen to be part of too). Have them take part in the letter campaign and share a post of their own.
4. Use the hashtags in shares and posts. The CMTA website link above has additional campaign material you can use.
This will take 5 minutes or less of your time. Obviously, you'd rather be charting (😅)... but you deserve an advocacy break 😉. Plus, we need your help. This only works if we all take part in some way. 🙏💪
Make Massage Therapy Tax Free - Canadian Registered Massage Therapist Association Physiotherapy, chiropractic, and psychotherapy are all exempt from GST/HST. Massage therapy — the same regulated health care, often in the same clinic — is still taxed.
