We have been getting lots of late cancellations and no shows this summer - please take a look at our cancellation policy below. It gives us no pleasure to charge you for a missed appointment, so please help us avoid having to do so!

When you book an appointment at our clinic, that entire time block is exclusively reserved for your care and healing. Cancellation policies are not meant to be punitive; rather, they serve as a vital tool to keep our clinic running smoothly and efficiently. Because our providers work on a structured schedule, late cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps that cannot be filled at the last minute. This policy ensures we can maintain a sustainable practice while remaining fair to our team and the community we serve.

Our policy exists to:

1- Respect Your Practitioner’s Time: Our providers dedicate their energy and prepare specifically for your treatment session ahead of your arrival.

2-Opens Spots for Urgent Care: A timely cancellation allows us to offer that opening to a patient on our waitlist who may be in acute pain or needing immediate treatment.

3-Keeps Care Affordable and Sustainable: Consistent attendance ensures the clinic can manage operational costs effectively without needing to raise general service rates.

4-Maintains Your Treatment Momentum: Sticking to your scheduled adjustments and sessions is crucial for achieving your long-term health and recovery goals.

5-Maximizes Daily Clinic Efficiency: Minimizing empty gaps allows our schedule to run seamlessly, ensuring everyone gets seen exactly on time.

Sarah Givens is a registered massage therapist with a passion for helping clients feel and move their best. Her background as a competitive college athlete fuels her passion to keep you preforming your best. Her treatments include a wide variety of techniques including deeper and more focused work. She also ensures each treatment incorporates relaxation components to allow your nervous system to fully relax and heal.

Sarah focuses on customizing treatments to target the root cause of your pain. Her assessment will allow her to tailor your treatment to your individual and unique needs. Sarah believes that open communication between RMTs and clients prior, during and post treatment is essential to making her clients feel comfortable and empowered. Even if it’s a quick, quiet check in, then allowing you to drift into deep relaxation.

Sarah is excited to grow her skill set and expanding her knowledge to provide effective, customized treatments. She is excited to start with limestone city chiropractic and ready to help you on your health journey.

In her spare time Sarah enjoys lifting weights, reading and walking her dog, Douglas.
