Recovery Nest RMT

🌴Out of office this week🌴

I will respond to any emails regarding appointments February 19!
I would also like to mention that online booking is CLOSED to *new* patients as I am booking into April right now. Please remember to book your appointments in advance🥰

Much love! ✌️

✨All set up in the new space✨

☀️This is a reminder to all of my lovely clients that Recovery Nest, along with Kingston Injury Management Centre, has moved 3 doors down!
We are still at 1440 Princess St. You can find us operating out of what used to be ‘Reflections Personal Training Studio’.
All appointments starting TOMORROW will be at the new location 🪺

Can’t wait to see you all there🧡🩷

We are starting to enter the ✨magical✨ season!
Some things to keep in mind…💭

🗓️ My books are completely FULL until January! That being said, cancellations do happen. If you have a flexible schedule, there is an option to add yourself to the wait list for last minute cancellations.
✏️ When booking, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘add yourself to waitlist’. From there you can add yourself to any day that works best for you!

❌If you are cancelling an appointment, please try to give me at least 48 hours notice! My cancellation policy is full charge without any notice. That being said, I am very understanding! With inclement weather approaching and sicknesses on the rise, I will always give you the benefit of the doubt! I just ask to please be as respectful of my policy as you can.

💌Gift cards are still available for purchase! Please reach out via email if you wish to gift someone a massage this Christmas season!

🫶Last but certainly not least, be kind this Christmas season! Everyone has hurdles and this time of year can be very difficult for some. Donate where you can, check in with friends/family, and spread love and kindness everywhere you go! We all need it ♥️
