Meadowlark Massage

We are headed to the lake to catch all the fish! There's limited service, so messages will be returned on August 24. Enjoy the last bit of summer before the September chaos begins!

Summer appointments are limited because I am not in the office for part of it!
Please keep checking the website to book online as cancellations do happen, but at the moment I am working from the waitlist through August.
THANK YOU for your continued support!

It’s course weekend! 4 days of abdominal work, and it’s great so far!

It’s still very important!

Look at this! Grounding, harmonics, anatomy, nature.. all wrapped up as one little (chonky) bird 💗 This makes me happy and I wanted to share it with you!

If for no other reason, drink some water to keep your internal frog population functioning at full capacity 🐸

Merry Christmas to my amazing clients who have become friends, and amazing friends who have become family. My heart is so full because of you all! 💗
Don’t forget to hydrate after all that eggnog. See you in 2026!

I’m a Stressy Bessy in December. This thread resonated, so it might with you as well

Give yourself some grace as we come into December. Life gets heavy, it’s ok to take a break. 💕
