By now, you’ve probably noticed our little boutique slowly coming to life inside the wellness centre 🤍

What started as a small idea has quickly turned into one of our favourite parts of the space. Every week we’re bringing in more health + wellness products, top-notch clothing, accessories, giftware, local swag, and little things we genuinely love and use ourselves.

And we’re just getting started.

If you haven’t popped in yet, don’t be shy! Come wander around, say hi, and let us show you what’s new! From our growing 24-hour gym to our salon + spa services, there’s always something new happening around here.

Thank you endlessly to our supportive community and local shoppers. Seeing you support local means more than you know. We see you, and we appreciate you 🫶🏼
