✨ Spa Jada Restoration Update ✨

We know it’s been a little while since we’ve shared an update, so we wanted to show you what’s been happening behind the scenes at Spa Jada. 🤍

As you can see, things look very different around here right now! Our demolition is approximately 75% complete, and while seeing our beautiful spa stripped back to the studs is a little emotional, every bit of progress brings us one step closer to rebuilding.

At this point, we still don’t have a confirmed timeline for when we’ll be able to reopen. We know many of you are wondering and trust us, we are just as anxious to have an answer. As soon as we have a clearer timeline, you’ll be the first to know.

For now, the restoration process continues, and we’re looking forward to the day when these bare walls start becoming Spa Jada again.

A Heartfelt Update from Spa Jada 🤍

To our wonderful Spa Jada community,

We wanted to provide you with another update as we continue navigating this incredibly difficult journey.

Last week, we experienced another unexpected setback. A pipe burst on the top floor of the building, causing significant water damage that extended all the way to the lower level of the spa. We are now working through the additional damage this has caused alongside the fire restoration.

We also now have answers regarding the cause of the fire. After an investigation, it was determined that the fire was the result of a spontaneous combustion of a towel. This is a heartbreaking accident and hard to believe it can happen.

Unfortunately, the additional flood damage means our renovation timeline has been extended. At this point, we still don’t have an estimated reopening date. At this point, it will be months before we can get back up and going. We know this is disappointing news, and it’s not the update we were hoping to share with you. Please know that we are working closely with our restoration teams, contractors, and insurance providers to move the process foward.

We understand how much many of you are looking forward to returning to Spa Jada, and we can’t wait to welcome you back. Until then, we truly appreciate your patience, encouragement, and unwavering support. Every kind message, every recommendation, every online product order, and every expression of kindness has helped carry us through these challenging weeks.

We promise to continue sharing updates as we have more information.

Due to the severity of the fire, we are facing an extended closure while repairs and recovery efforts take place.

We are heartbroken to share that Spa Jada experienced a fire early this morning. Thankfully, everyone is safe, and for that we are incredibly grateful.
At this time, the spa will be closed until further notice as we assess the damage. We know this news is especially difficult heading into Mother’s Day weekend, a time that means so much to many of our clients, our team, and our business. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause.
Right now, our focus is on supporting our staff, navigating next steps, and working toward reopening as soon as it is safely possible. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and kindness during this incredibly challenging time.
