There are many steps to the process and anything can go wrong at any time. Like having a bunch of pottery pieces crack during the drying process 😭😐

🌿🎃 Cutie Spooky friend 🎃🌿

Oooooh it's my favorite time of year! Autumn, when the leaves are falling, the Halloween decorations are out and some of the most beautiful full moons of the year are about to peek out of the night sky!

There's something so nostalgic about this time of year. I've always loved Halloween and crisp mornings. During autumn I usually find myself painting cute ghosts and pumpkins. I particularly loved how this cute bowl turned out!

Like come on, how adorable is the blushing ghost and that plump lil pumpkin? Plus, this bowl is sporting a new glaze that I recently added to my collection! Amaco Deep Speckled Olive 😍 I love how this glaze looks like a delicious shiny apple.

The folks at my recent market gigs have LOVED the ghost and pumpkin pinch pottery! This one here is 🧡SOLD🧡 My last available pumpkin piece ended up at made In The Mountains today! They got a cheeky lil restock from me after Fall Fest 👀 Pop over there and see what's new!

🍂🍄 Kickin' it at Fall Fest! 🍄🍂

Today you can find my creations and I at the Fall Fest event in Invermere! Wow it's wild to think that this is my last outdoor event of the year! And what a great one to close out the season!

We've got an array of amazing local vendors here, talented live musicians setting the vibes, games and activities for the kiddos and the legion is hosting a BBQ! It's a beautiful autumn day for some time with mountain loving community 🥰

Cool breezes and blue skies, lots of love for local art and plenty of familiar faces. I'm grateful to call this community home 💖

Come by and enjoy Fall Fest while it's here! Much like the leaves on the trees, Fall Fest is fleeting! We are here until 2pm 🍂

Musings from the Autumnal Equinox 🍂


Mother Earth always knows.

Her wisdom rising from the forest floor, through the soles of my feet as I take gentle steps upon her. The gentle hum of the roots beneath me.

The mighty stillness of the trees. Planted in one place forever, always observing yet so very still.

The trees teach me that even in times of hardship or uncertain elements, that I can too hold strong and remain still. Shaking off old leaves among the rumble of the external world.

When I seek strength and patience I go to the trees. Their earthly teachings always remind me that we can be so similar.

Seemingly doing nothing, but simultaneously growing, shedding, and deepening my roots.

Sometimes the journey is experienced through stillness.

Sometimes the learning comes from observing.

Sometimes, we just have to exist and trust what comes.


Blessed be thy autumn air, crisp and cold.

May the bounty of harvest warm these bones.

As I lay my body to the night,

May yee rest as spirit takes flight.

Fluttering to the harvest moon,

A moth, a hare, a maidens tune.

Transforming pelt to match the snow,

Magick and wonder, the moons ever-glow.

Breathe in the air from crushed leaf,

Brush and rake, reveal what is beneath.

Soil rich and richer still,

Cool winds blow, I grab my twill.

By my will may this be,

An autumn welcome naturally.

🌿🌹September gallivanting🌹🌿

Oh these crisp mornings have me feeling some kind of way! Autumn is one of my most favorite seasons and it seems that she is creeping in a little early this year! The flowers are showing off their final blooms, yet the trees are yellowing and the animals are preparing for the cold months ahead.

September brings forth some cozy markets and events...

This weekend I'm thrilled to be travelling to the Slocan Valley for the wild mother gathering where I'll be sharing my whimsical earthern creations and the magick of the black quartz bowls with my offering - Honouring You Meditation and Sound Journey ✨

On September 26th you can find me in my green tent at the Invermere Farmers and Artists Market Fall Fest event in downtown Invermere, BC! I'm excited to see all of the cute autumnal themed creations that will be there 🎃🌿

Later in the month, on the eve of September 27th I'll be hosting an Intuitive Painting Class at Carm Haven Studios where we will be painting a Full Moon inspired art piece! 🌕✨ Stay tuned for a soon to come post with more information ✨

As the wheel of the year turns and Mabon approaches, I wish you a plentiful harvest, a cozy autumn season and all of the soup your heart desires 🍂
